What size am I?

See our sizing chart for more info on fit. Some pieces are designed with an oversized aesthetic in mind, and have been noted in the product details. In regards to vintage pieces, please view the flat lay measurements in the product details to ensure a piece works for you.

Do you ship world wide?

At this time we can only offer our products within Canada. We are always looking to share the love and hope to offer international shipping soon! Don’t worry, you’ll be the first to know.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is, of course, dependent on location. Our garments are all made or stocked in Victoria, BC.

Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days (within BC) from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email (please note, this is not the same as your order confirmation email). If you’re concerned about a certain timeline for receiving your product, please contact us. We’d love to see what we can do.

How do I complete returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Only garments that are unwashed and unworn with tags intact are eligible for returns or exchanges.

To initiate the return or exchange process, please email us through our contact page (see above) with your order information prior to shipping garments back so we can provide tools for shipping.

Sale items are FINAL SALE unless otherwise stated.

Style Bundles are not included in our return policy. Please contact us should any issues arise with your bundle.

Do you offer price adjustments?

All items on our website are eligible for price adjustment within 3 days of purchase. Claims for price adjustment must be made within this three day window. Items purchased at physical, pop up locations are not eligible for price adjustment to online prices and vice versa.
